Chiropractic Although I am a chiropractor, I am not limited to just chiropractic.  Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT) is a chiropractic technique that focuses on balancing the cranial system similar to osteopathic cranial therapy and cranial sacral therapy.  It is the foundation of how I approach the body and TMJ related problems.  With this approach, we start at the pelvis and lower back and work up or down to balance the system.  We include knee, ankle, foot problems, including foot orthotics, or neck, shoulder, headaches and TMJ problems.
Cranial-Dental Team Therapy Cranial dental therapy is a team approach that includes two primary specialists: a specially trained chiropractor and dentist.  Together, they cross diagnose and treat TMJ and sleep apnea related problems in a step-by-step process that maximizes the speed to alleviating pain and discomfort.

Because both specialists work together, in person, communication is drastically improved resulting in a much faster outcome.

Chiropractic Sports Performance The goal of treatment is to balance the musculoskeletal system by reducing the postural distortions and tensions and thereby increasing function and strength.
